I'm Rashawn Thomas, CEO and Founder of Working For A Better You Career & Counseling Services, LLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist. I have been in the field of Social Services for many years.

I have spent my career helping others move through obstacles with as much grace as possible, and elevating careers. I look forward to working with you to provide the tools so you can thrive in your life, I help individuals go from stagnant to advancement.

I was born and raised in Miami, FL currently residing in Tampa, FL. I received my Bachelors degree from The University of Florida, and I received a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University.
